When turning ignition key on, dash lights, head lights come on but starter will not engage....there is no sound( no click from selenoid).. Bcaa emergency technician "jumped starter ",van started. When shut off..would not start again...same problem

I looked at G1500 savana, 4.3L. Might be problem with neutral switch/tranny range switch? Note the diagram below. Check for voltage at the fuses.

Just wanted to add, any starter testing, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and e-brake is set.
