driver side window will not open or shut

you would need to pull the door panel and take a look at the actual window regulator. The tracks rust, pivot points get bound up and motors can fail. When you move the switch do you hear anything?

I heard noise that the glass was trying to move, but nothing happened. Now when i press button no sound or movement. I turn car on still nothing.

Sounds like the motor may have failed. That or the track has bound up the glass so the motors protection circuit trips instantly. Either way the door would need to be taken apart to let the assembly be tested, repaired or replaced.

Is it still possible to manually lift the window even though the motor needs to be replaced or repaired

Not easily. You would need to remove the door panel, grind or drill out the rivets that hold the window motor to the regulator, pull the motor out while holding the glass, then lift the glass all the way up. Then reinstall the motor so it holds the lift gear in place.

That worked and I was able to remove motor to inch glass closed. Is It suppose say unsecured on grinded/broken rivets?

I would add a couple zip ties or string/wire to hold it in place until you can repair it.
