Mechanic said the wires were touching from the o2 sensor and most likely messed up the pcm. Can u put a used pcm in it or does it have to be re programmed?

any pcm will have to be reproggramed

Here is how to change the PCM out which does not need to be pre-programmed BTW (HMAC300). You can get a rebuilt unit by searching google or ebay. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
