belts squealing

i put a new belt and tension pullet on a 98 ford windstar and the belt keeps squealing what could be the problem

what accessory device is doing the squealing? can you use tube put to ear to locate noise? Remove belt and check all accessories and idler driven by the belt

another thing, you sure you put it on right? and did it squeal before you changed them? maybe 1 of the accessories is froze up/dragging?
