Had a vibration in frontend

i would give it a suspension check (component jiggle test) even check for play in all those new parts. just because they are new dont mean they are not bad yet. and are you sure it is front end.? i have seen people come in and say it vibrates but it could be the u-joints. see if any play in them. those act up at certain speeds...

You could have too much toe out ot total toe alignment may be off.
Tire could be bad and have a bump on it.
The lower ball joints are the first things to go out on front ends. You got to love how you can't service many front ends anymore. Nozerk fitting, more money for the parts companies.
If you have not done so a rotate and balance of the tires is well overdue and does not cost much. It is also great for this type of diagnostics because the shop will try to sell you on anything that is loose on the front end.
If everything is tight, the tires are all good and if you have not smacked a curb, see how it rides with rotate and balance.

Tires on front are brand-new, had 4 Wheel Drive disabled for a while, put it back together about two weeks ago, everything worked fine at the time, if the font differential fluid is low, could it be a bearing?

Yes it could be a wheel bearing or a differential carrier bearing.
