Ford Ranger 1998 pulls codes P0230 and P0232 4 liter v6- have fuel on fuel line at rail car won't start just cranks

Check fuel pump relay engine box check for power at B+ if good jumper from B+ to pump term see if it starts . If good replace relay

Checked relay and thats good. Still truck won't start. Codes P0230 and P0232- any other suggestions. Please..........

That is the one we jumped so that means its good right so relay is good? Appears no spark but why fuel codes and no electrical codes?

Suspect PCM faulty Check injectors with NOID light. Voltage to coil on red/green? does pump run when jumpered?

Removed fuel line from rail turned key and get fuel for 1-2 seconds. Turn key off and on get fuel again. So therefore assume pump is working correct? What's a noid light? Checking voltage to coil on red/green now...

Checked voltage and 12.4 to coil. Fuses and relay seem OK to PCM but...

NOID plugs into an INJ connector and when cranking it will flash verfies PCM is working. Can use a test light probe in one TERM then clamp paper clip in clamp probe other TERM crank if no flash and no spark then PCM looking not good
