The battery light on dashboard is on and when the engine rpm is above 2500 all the electrical components, lights, heater, wipers get brighter and runs faster. The volt gauge on dash is pegged at high, it's like a surge in power. What casuse this? I installed a new battery, alternator, serptine belt and belt tensioner. New battery terminals and new ground cable.
