idles inconsistant at stop lites and excelleration until about 3500-4000 rpms, see below

i have changed the following: IAC, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, MAF, plugs and wires, o2 sensors, and TPS...I give up...help!

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? EGR?
