i installed a 3.8 v6 out of a 1999 mustang in a 1998 mustang but there were 2 lines on the old 1998 3.8 and only one on the `1999 engine what can i do intakes fuel rails are different

I'm afraid you have an entirely different system there and they are not interchangeable. The 99 uses a single feed, variable pressure fuel system and the old one uses a recirculating system. You may be able to resolve it by using the complete intake manifold off the old engine.

the old intake is smaller and a different bolt pattern will it work useing the fuel lines and gas tank off of a 1999 body with a single feed

No, I'm afraid not. That's a whole computer controlled system. You made an incompatible swap.

No, the car doesn't have an operating system for that. There are sensors and wiring for that fuel supply system integrated throughout the operating system.
