Timing marks/ timing alignment

I am looking for a diagram that will show me the timing marks for my truck. I took it apart 6 months ago and am putting it back together.

The truck is a 4.6 L 2wd. I am not sure which way the cam gears are supposed to be and am stuck at the moment. The crank is at TDC.

I am attaching the installation instructions for the timing chain and the FIGs you will need to align the camshafts.
