smell a faint anitfreeze smell when I get out of the car. Heater is working fine. Something leaking on the ground underneath- kinda brown-ish but maybe not oil.

Ya need to figure out which area (front, driverside, rear, etc.) leak puddle is at. This could be several things, but I couldn't give a decent guess without that info ! As for brownish....ya ever have the coolent flushed & new installed ? Sounds like ya got lotsa rust mixed in with your coolent. Do you have a creamish colored foam on your oil cap ?

Coolant can get brownish over the years. Place a piece of cardboard under the vehicle to identify the aprox location of the leak. It could be a hose, freeze plug, head gasket... If you can't locate the leak, they sell a dye you can add to the cooling system to help identify where the leak is coming from.
