radio won't turn on

More than likely, you have the premium system that includes an amp.

If everything is working except the sound, then I suspect you have an issue with the amp. However, here is a guide that we are going to need in order to figure out what the issue is:

Basically, we need to check the voltage coming from the radio to the amp.
