what is the whistling noise coming from my gas tank area

it is like a high pitched whistle and as if some air coming from the same area

I agree with CJ. It sounds like a vacuum you are hearing. See if you can determine where it is coming from. If you can't, you need to have the EVAP system fogged. They will force fog into the system and watch for it to come out.
