If you have all the same size wheels, it shouldn't cause any problems. I'm not sure what you mean by adjusters, but the wheel diameter shouldn't hurt the trans. It will affect the speedometer accuracy if the tires are much bigger, but I assume you have a very low profile tire to fit 24" rims.
