Daughter got run off the road in her Stratus, oil filter got a hole in it. She didn't notice it until the oil light came on. We towed the car back to the house, refilled the crankcase, put on a new filter. When I started it up, I'm hearing a knock. I grabbed my stethoscope, it seems to be in the top end, exhaust cam to be specific. I've never worked on this 2.4l twin cam motor. What and or where could this noise be coming from. The motor runs fine other than this noise. Thanks in advance, Dave
