when truck is cold i have to flood the engine to get it to start then i have to keep the rpm around 3 till it warms up then it runs great i can turn it off and it will start right back up but if it gets cold you have to restart the process. I have replaced the Idle Air Control Valve and the Throttle Position Sensor. I cleaned the throttle body. And it still does the same thing. What else could it be.
