what are J/C1 and J/C2 on PCM

are these test points that can be used for looking for relay coil grounds in PCM. Across coil + - i read 2.75v but from relay coil + to frame i get 12.00v

Which engine do you have?

C1 is for the A/C compressor relay coil.
