What's the question? What kind of brake failure are you referring to? The anti-lock function is turned off when the yellow warning light is on, but are you having problems with the base brake system too? To diagnose the cause of the light you'll need to find a mechanic with a scanner that can access the ABS Computer to see what fault code(s) are stored.
