Your best bet is to visit the dealer to get the trifold brochure from which you can order the manufacturer's service manual. They might even borrow theirs to you or photocopy the procedure pages. To retype everything here is not practical.
One word of warning; Don't put the vehicle's weight on the wheels with the steel plate removed from the bottom of the cross member. It can crack from the stress. Also, those bolts are specially coated to prevent corrosion. Don't replace them with regular bolts.
I replaced a lot a rack and pinion assemblies at the dealership, but I don't recall ever having to take the rear drive shaft off.
