Flashing lights on A/C and recirculating air buttons on dash of 1998 Chrysler Town and Country.

When I first start my van, the lghts on the A/C button and the recirculating air button flash in unison for about the first minutes of driving, then go off. The A/C and recirculating functions seem okay, and the lights work normally after the initial 15 minute period.

This happens when the control panel is going bad I would get a used one and install it to see if that fixes it. Here are diagrams to help you see how to replace it.
