199ebring jx convertible

I have a 1998 chrysler sebring jx convertible. I left my lights on for about 30 minutes and when I came back out my car wouldn't start. I tried to jump it but that didn't work. The light, power windows and power seats all work but the radio wont turn on and the convertible top doesnt work. There is no noise what-so-ever when turning the key. I was thinking the starter but would this effect the radio & conv top like that? Can you tell me what this could possibly be?
