98 chrysler concord lxi codes: p0306 and p0161

I have an engine misfire stumble and i wanted to know if there was any information on this make and model for these codes that would narrow my search and result in a quicker repair.

The po306 is problem with cylinder number 6. I'd have to check for fuel--spark and compression for that cylinder.

P0161 is for 02 heater circuit, bank 2 sensor 2.
How long since a tune-up?
