how to remove dash panal to change light bulbs in dash on my 1998 chevy venture?

All my dash lights seem to work , but the light that makes it so i can see in the dark.

This isn't an easy job. Check to make sure there isn't a bad fuse or something simple. As far removing, you will need a manual that gives specific details for your vehicle.
