Engine vibrating badly (passenger side) when accelarating and making left turn

Hi,
My minivan engine shaking really bad when accelerating and make a sharp left turn from a stop. This vibration happened recently in just 2-3 seconds and when I put the gas on the floor really hard. I feel it coming from passenger side. Is this kind of transmission related issue? Anyone had experienced this problem? thanks a lot
