the check eng light came on and stays on, the guys at jiffy lube ran a check and came back with this code but said they didnt know what it ment

It is a sensor... It's job is to heat "cold" fuel on start up so the car runs better and doesn't run in a closed loop longer than it has to. As far as replacement, it is mounted on the relay box under the hood. You should be able to replace it.
