I leave just five minutes away from work, and just from work to home my recently new number 3 spark plug blows out of it's casing. Poofs of air now come out of its place?

You will have to get a helicoil inserted, this is a new stainless steel thread insert, the head should really come off to to this as it requires re drilling the plug hole over size and re tapping for the insert.

If you have already done a helicoil and it is still blowing out, i feel that the hole is to big now and the head will have to be replaced.

I would look for vacuum leaks at the cylinder and have that injector removed and tested.
