My 1998 Chevy Blazer needs its heater core replaced (they found it bypassed) as well as a front left hub bearing, both upper arm bushings, and both lower ball joint (front).. they estimate it to be ~$1600. Other than that, the car runs ok as I have spent a couple thousand dollars getting repairs such as new fuel pump, major tune up, radiator hose/thermostat replacement (car overheated), and of course routine oil changes/brakes etc.. my car on kelley blue book is ~ $2300.. trade in ~$1200. is it worth getting fixed and hopefully car runs well for another year or two? or should i sell it? no major engine problems yet.. btw i need such repairs done because i'm moving from the westcoast to the east.
