Where is the ac heater diverter

On a 1998 cadillac seville I can turn the air conditioner on 65 degrees and cold air comes out of the passenger side and hot air comes out of the drivers side and I was told it could be a stuck ac diverter.

blend door motor is the correct terminology. it is on the case and needs to be verified by someone with a scan tool that can command it open and closed to verify.

On a 2000 cadillac Seville if you take your intake manifold off and you see oil on top of the valves what is the problem.
