You don't need any special tools. If you have the guard removed, the tensioner can be released with little effort, even by hand, but it does have a receptacle for a 1/4" square drive on the bracket. Once the belt is off the tensioner pulley, remove the two studs that secure the tensioner, and remove the tensioner. The belt can be passed by the water pump pulley by turning it at a right angle of the pulley grooves. This should allow it's removal, and reassembly is the reverse.
