jump the car through starter but it won't stay started

I have a 1998 buick lesabre. I can jump the car through starter but it won't stay started. I have the anti auto theft system with the chip on the key. Could the key or theft system be the problem?

I turn the key and it will not turn over. The lights all come on and the security light stays blinking. My anti theft is on the key with the micro chip. Fuel pump does kick on, but nothing after that.
