How do you install a drive belt idler pulley in a 98 Buick Lesabre?

You specified no engine size, but a general rule of thumb on an idler pulley is, it has a bolt through the center of it. Remove the belt, loosen and remove the idler pulley bolt/pulley. replace and reassemble.
