cannot lift back of convertible top

1998 bmw 328ic ,disconnected both top and lid motor, pulled #7 fuse,cannot lift back of convertible top, though front of top unlocks with allen wrench turning clockwise.Thank you in advance

Convertible light is flashing, problem occured after right rear window repaired
