computerised heater controller blowers not working but heater control panel working just no blowers

Can you post a picture of the Control Head?

Pushing the temperature + sign or the Blower + sign should increase
the speed of the blower (I'm going off of memory, so I hope your
control unit looks / has the same buttons).

Check fuses 5, 25 & 26.

If the Blower Control Module is blown, then the motor will not work. The module is located behind the glove box, mounted in the
air ducting (#2 in pdf).

The system has Self Diagnosis Capability... but the best way to access
is via a scan tool.

when i turn ignition on the heater control makes a whirring noise as if a fan is going round and also when pushing buttons sounds a like a cd player so the hed control unit is sort of working ,but when moving temperature nothing is coming out of the vents unable to increase the speedon the blower ,could it be the air con needs chrging i don't know.

No, air con should be separate, should not affect blower motor
operation.

Are the fuses OK?

Does the display show an increase in blower speed when selecting
a higher speed?

Could be a blower motor problem (worn contacts in blower).

Are the heater flaps working correctly?

You'll need to do some digging around to eliminate things.

Start with the fuses, then remove glove box to verify power to the
blower motor... if no power at the blower motor, apply power & ground
manually / direct at the motor, to see if the motor itself is OK.

I would agree with exovcds, best option to start with is the self diagnosis, you may pay a few dollars for this but it will save you a lot of time and frustration.
