Horn not working

my horn has stopped working. i used it and halfway through it cut out. what could be the problem and is there any way i could fix it without a mechanic?

You can check the fuse and the horn relay anything other than that-you'll be needing a mechanic

how would i check the fuse and the horn relay? where would they be find as im pretty useless with anything mechanical?
