Windshield wipers will not work because it blows the fuse. Every time i put in a new fuse it blows it right away.

Something is shorting out to blow the fuse. Disconnect the wiper motor wire harness connector and install a new fuse to test and if it still blows, the motor is bad.

the windshield wipers, heater and A/C fan and back defrost quit working all at the same time. what would cause this?

maybe a fuse.

check fuses. Check for bad or weak body grounds. If the fuses are good, chances are you lost a ground strap.

My windshield wipers will not come on some times. I have to get out of car a move wiper arm and then they come on after several attempts. What is the problem? please help!

Could be electrical or mechanical. if the pivots are stiff, remove the assembly and free-up. Here is a sample video I made while freeing-up a New Beetle wiper assembly:

To determine if it is an electrical issue, you need the check the connector with a testlight.

If the fresh air fan (blower motor) also quit it could be ignition switch or load reduction relay.

About a month ago the intermittent setting on the wipers stopped working. Now the low setting has also stopped working. The High still works. Is this due to the wiper motor or another issue? How much should I expect to spend to fix this problem? Thanks

My wipers stopped working all together one day. they travel approximately three centimeters and then will not move at all, but the wiper fluid still sprays out. I examined the linkages and they seem intact. Is this the wiper control module or the motor?

The fan on the heater, the wipers, the headlights, the radio randomly stop working. The car can be idling in the driveway or traveling down the road. Seconds and sometimes minutes later, they all start working again. Then they will stop working, etc.
