can not get brake pedal to not go directly to floor

I just replaced both rear calipers, bleed the lines, but can not get brake pedal to not go directly to floor. After replacing the first caliper I was able to regain brake pressure. I have not replaced the emergency brake cables yet.

Hello,

The brake pedal can go to the floor due to a leak in the system, as well as air in the brake line, low on fluid or a bad master cylinder.

VW does recommend that the calipers get pre-bled.

I have attached the factory recommended brake bleeding procedure below. Take a look at it just in case you might have missed a step.
