i recently bought a 1997 Toyota ipsum. The mileage is only about 73500km. I notice that when I turn on the AC the car begins to slow down and even on one occasion it stopped on the road. I turned off the ignition and started it again it started without a problem. I recently put in a new radio, the old one wasn't working when I purchased the car. Since I put in the new radio, the car slows down a lot when the radio is on, especially when I turn up the volume. It stopped on the road, a couple of times but it starts back with no problem when I turn off the ignition and restart it, so it appears the battery is ok. Somebody told me, there must be a power drain somewhere, I don't have a clue what that means. The previous owner had the car sitting in his garage for a long time. I changed the oil, filter and brake pads when I purchased the car, and I recently changed the radio. That's about all I did and I don't drive it a lot
