car trouble

i have a 1997 toyota 4 runner when i get to 60 my car start to hum and shake a little i balance the front tires and it still do it now i can feel it coming from the back or the middle/

First thing to do is to rotate the tires and see if the vibration moves to a different area. If so, have the other two tires balanced. Are the tires in good shape (at least 2/32-inch of tread)? After that, I would have the run-out on the rotors checked, they could cause a vibration if they have excessive run-out. Check those few things and get back to me.
