1997 Subaru Impreza car turns on but shakes

My car didn't start so I replaced the starter. Still didn't turn on so I changed the battery. Still nothing so I change the spark plugs. Now it will turn on but it'll shake then turn off. What could it be?

check your firing order and it may be idling to high, clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner.
