Blower fan runs after car is turned off

HVAC and blower cannot be turned off without removing the fuse.

Good evening.

The blower control module is what controls the blower motor speeds and whether it is on or off.

It is under the right side of the dash by the blower motor. I attached the procedure below and the wiring diagram as well.

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Right sound insulator.
2. Electrical connector.
3. Blower control module.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Blower control module.
2. Electrical connector.
3. Right sound insulator.
