windows, roof, lighter and heated mirror not working

I narrow the problems to this point,
D1, D2, D3, and D4 are not getting 12v supply
the fuses are good and they are not shorted to ground.
any help will be appreciated.

1st I would like to thank you,
2nd there is row 3 in that fuse box but unused, when put light behind the box you see no connection going to that row except the some kind of sensor

By the way D4 goes no where since the car do not have heated side mirrors

the file below shows 911 fuse box which similar to 1997 Boxster except the F row, do not have it

I know about D4 -you need to trace where the feed wire gets its power from to power the F3 80amp I don't have it-
