where is the computer system located on 1997 pontiac transport? will not crank. put noid light on injestors and will not light at all. have replace fuel pump, module, and crank sensor. transport died at red light and would not restart. replace battery and fuel filter three days brfore this happen.

modules are vin specific so if it wasn't programmed by a pro then you'll need to do that. check starter relay and fuses underhood also could be abad ignition switch. try a different key as well as the diode may be shot in theone you have. If this has the later security system with alight on dash try resetting see pics
