we are having a problem we replace the head and pistons and now the head has 2broke pistons and a dent in the head this is the second head , the first one was the pistons on 4 was broke in half and had to replace the pistons with rings. so please help us why this is happening the cam shalf was replace last year with a new one.

It sound as if the valve timing is wrong, to repair this there is just far to much information that will have to be typed here, i would be at it all day, i would go get a work shop manual or look to see if there is one at a local library, this will give you all the info and plenty of pics to assist you with the major engine re build.
