1997 Plymouth Voyager tire wheels

they cant even order the right size? seems odd. what about custom wheels? they would come in the right bolt pattern and be a larger size starting with 15".

Thanks for your answer Mr. fixitmr, actually I can order the right tire size but I don't want to spend what they cost here. I found one place that has them but it is about 300 miles from me and the tires are three times as much as I would pay for 15 inch tires. This is why I am asking if there is another size rim that will work for me and is readily available here for European cars etc. Thanks

hey guy, where ya at in europe! how'ed ya end up with that "foreign" car?

I'm in Croatia, I love this van so I brought it with me from the US 7 years ago, actually after Bush got elected the second time I left. :-) Couldn't stand the man. You would be surprised how many "foreign" cars we have here. Chevy is seling like a hot cake, Chrysler Grand Voyager is being made here, Ford has ben here forever ....Chevy is the only newvbe on n block ... the only problem for me is that all of them naw days come with 16", 17" or 18" tires. So, here I em... my tires size are history my friend, if I wnt to make special order it would cost me exactly $1000.00 for 4 tires. For that price I can buy 15" tires with rims man... I'm now using heavy duty truck tires, they are noise and litle too high and litle cheaper. $120 a pc. Have a good day guy, all the best from Croatia

actually, i have an older car that my grandaughter drives and it has 14" tires and they are getting harder to find used and getting more expensive new here in 'ol USA! to think i would have to junk a car because the tires cost to much blows my mind!

i see on the map the croats own a lot of coastline that would seem to naturally belong to the neighbors? wonder how that tradeoff came about? hows the politics over there these days?

I know what you talking about regarding tires on older cars....as far as Croatian coast line goes it was allways part of Croatia. After fall of Roman Empire and around 8th century the Croats (Chrovates) establishment comes to light and held an area south of northern coastline and most of what is todays Bosnia to the Julian Allps in the west, to the Austrian and Hungarian borders to the north. That lasted untill 1000 when Hungarians came. Later the Ottoman Empire conquered part of the Balkans, and then the Hungarians and Habsburg. After that the Austrian-Hungarian Empire followed by Yugoslavia. The Croats were always under someones rule untill 1990 when they finaly got their freedom. And now greed is taking over. And we live under the rule of thieves!!!! :-)

creative: Yes. 15" wheels will work fine. Just make sure they have the same offset and are of the same width.
