how to change power steering belt ,I can turn the pulley by hand,the belt seems to be that loose. it groans when turning the wheel. It looks like I will have to go under the car to do it . Can you please give me some pointers?

if this has an automatic belt tensioner it should be changed at same time as belt. if not it should have a belt tension gauge used on it. auto parts may rent it.
