is it possible to repair the airflow sensor

my car engine stops while driving, and after starting i have to press the pedal several times for it to drive a few miles before it stops again.

any more details would be helpful like why you want to repair sensor. generally, they are cleanable. CEL has not come on?

WHY I WANT TO REPAIR IT, IS BECAUSE I CAN`T FIND A NEW ONE TO REPLACE IT. THESE CAR PARTS FOR NISSAN ARE HARD TO FIND HERE. I COULD FIND A SECONDHAND BUT IT`S ALMOST THE SAME PRICE AS A NEW ONE. SO I AM TIRED OF SEARCHING AND IF IT`S POSSIBLE I WOULD TAKE THE CHANCE TO REPAIR IT.

check for any air leaks in ducting between MAF and throttle plate.
