There is a slow leak somewhere at the front of motor that eventually runs down around starter motor. Second, have light problem - parker lights do not come on at rear yet bulbs OK (only the front and dashboard light). Lights work (hi & low beam) but not rear lights also the additional side lens of front head light (both sides) only come on when their individual right or left hand blinkers goes on. Fuse (10 amp) OK.
