Cleaned the mass air flow sensor with MAF cleaner two days ago(putting everything back the way it was) now two days later the P0171 code came on. Will this go away after driving it a few days?

That code indicates your have a lean mixture (vacuum leak). Check all your manifold hoses to be sure they are connected, on correctly, and not broken. Get a can of throttle body cleaner and spray around the intake while the engine is running to see if you hear or feel the idle change. Spray all around the intake manifold gasket seats and every where there is a hose.
