My altima starts and runs but when i come to a stop it idles roughly the rpms surge to 0 and it stalls. Sometimes the dashboard lights flicker on and off and there is a small amount of black smoke coming from the tailpipe. I was thinking it is the fuel pump. What is wrong I need help I love this car!
