I have a 1997 mitsubishi mirage, amazing car that i've just need to do basic routine maintenance too. The other day i put my right blinker on to signal, after turning, the right blinker stay flashing (at normal speed).
Now, soon as I turn the car on, the right blinker stays on, but the left blinker doesn't work. Hazards work just fine.
I've checked the fuses and bulbs and have also tried replacing the signal flasher. Neither fixed the problem. Currently, i'm taking the steering column off and getting into the turn signal switch. There is a white colored cream on there, what would that be? Where should i go from here and/or what should i look for?
Any advice would be appreciated!
